Electricity is being generated and consumed in more ways today then ever thought possible in the past.
This is a trend that will continue as more and more high-technology equipment hits the plant floor. Such
equipment puts enormous demands on your electrical infrastructure and Structured Cable Systems
(SCS). Power Quality and properly installed SCS become critically important to maintain the highest level
of production output.

Today's electrician must be able to recognize and understand these demands if he or she is to install and
maintain reliable electrical infrastructures and SCS.  You can not afford to trust your critical investment to
unskilled and untrained electricians.

It is for this very reason that Hoosier Industrial Electric has made a firm, unconditional commitment to the
training and education of all our electricians. Upon the completion of their five year training program, each
will have earned a college credited degree and become Certified Electricians recognized by the National
Electrical Contractors Association (NECA®) and the Department of Labor.

Additionally, they will receive formal training and a Certificate of Completion from the Building Industry
Consulting Service International (BICSi®) for the Installer - Level II Certification. BICSi® is an
internationally recognized organization responsible for producing highly competent cabling installers and
is quickly becoming the industry standard requirement to work with such systems.

This training program enables Hoosier Industrial Electric to offer you the professionally trained and
certified electricians you need to install and maintain reliable electrical infrastructures and Structured
Cable Systems
(SCS encompasses voice, data and video cabling systems).
